Your goals, and the program built to move them.
Set your two goals, build what you do in each stalagmite around them, and watch whether they move.
Your goals
Your two top priorities. Everything in your protocol is judged by what it does for them.
Your goal, on the map Your program, on the map
What you do now in each stalagmite, the process each piece works through, and the outcome your goal serves — with the gaps showing as gaps. Switch to Options to see what you could add, and what to ease off.
Everything in your protocol, and the exercise you have logged, traced through the process each piece works through to the outcome it bears on: Repair, Energy or Immunity.
Your map will update as you set goals and add to your protocol.
Background on how the body works, not medical advice. The map shows direction, not dose — talk to a health professional before taking anything.

Cognitive Health
Focus, mood, stress and mental clarity
Cognitive Health tracking is still being built. Until it lands, you can track this yourself: build a tracker under Progress and describe it — for example “improve my focus in the afternoon”. You will get a short daily check-in and a trend you can watch.

Body measures

Today's measures
What your measures say
BMI
Needs height and weight
Waist-to-hip ratio
Needs waist and hip
Waist-to-height ratio
Needs waist and height
These are population reference points, not a diagnosis. BMI in particular reads muscle as if it were fat, so a lean, well-muscled man can sit in the "overweight" band while carrying very little of it — which is one reason the waist measures are here beside it: waist-to-height ratio keeping to 0.5 or below is a widely used guideline for cardiometabolic risk, and the waist-to-hip cutoff shown (0.90 for men) is the WHO's reference point. Talk to your physician about what your own numbers mean for you.
Your trend
The trend appears once a measure has two saved entries.
